Role Overview
You will install, service and maintain OEM Medial Decontamination and Peripheral Equipment in healthcare facilities across Lancashire including NHS, Private, Research and Educational Facilities.

Zenopa are partnered with an independent organization in the UK Decontamination Industry that specializes in OEM Medical Decontamination and Peripheral Equipment Engineering, providing services that adhere to current HTM in the UK, BS EN ISO standards and publications.
Role Requirements
Be responsible for the installation, upgrading and validation of OEM Medial Decontamination and Peripheral Equipment in healthcare facilities.
Get involved in troubleshooting activities, providing technical and breakdown support.
Perform preventive maintenance and servicing.
Interact with customers and provide excellent customer service.
Person Specifications
Previous experience within the healthcare industry.
Previous customer service experience.
Strong skills in field service and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Technical and preventive maintenance knowledge.
Willing to work independently and remotely.
