Role Requirements
Overnight stays are expected to be around 1-2 nights per week average, depending on business needs. The role is Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (flexibility e.g. early finish if an early start), with minimal (almost none) requirements for weekend or out of hours work.
– Complete installations, servicing, calibration and repairs of Laser and Ultrasound medical equipment at NHS and private hospitals.
– Manage the service area across the South of the UK and outside of this region as and when required.
– Home based role managing PM’s and equipment break downs in a timely manner.
– Ensure excellent customer relationships and customer satisfaction at all times.
– Provide reports on all work carried out and manage stock items.
– Provide telephone / on-line support for our customers as required.
– Identify any sales leads and passing them on to the sales team.
Person Specifications
– Experienced in repair, maintenance and servicing
– Experience with Laser, Ultrasound or Optical equipment is preferred but not essential. Will also consider applicants with experience of medical cameras, such as endoscopes or EBME Engineers
– Excellent communication and customer service skills, self-motivated, flexible and a team player
– Able to work unsupervised using own initiative
– Qualified to HNC or higher in Engineering is preferred
– Basic use of Microsoft Products.
