We are partnered with an innovative pharmaceutical company who are looking for an additional Field Service Engineer to join their team in Scotland! They have just sold an additional 40 machines in Scotland alone and are looking to invest in someone that wants to grow simultaneously with them.

Our client work in partnership with manufacturers to design and develop APC machines that allow patients to collect their prescription medicine 24/7. Their machines deliver improved efficiencies for pharmacies and provide a safe collection environment for both pharmacy staff and patients.

Role Requirements

– Responsible for implementing and maintaining a range of pharmacy robotics equipment across the M8 corridor
– Installation, annual servicing and maintenance of pharmacy robotics equipment
– Based from home with travel to customer sites across Scotland
– Be customer focused and provide technical knowledge and expertise to customers

Person Specifications

– Previous field service engineering experience ideally within a similar field but also open to other sectors (ATM, gaming, fitness equipment)
– Organised and good at following procedures
– Have suitable qualifications in mechanical or electrical engineering.
– Good at working methodically to fault find issues
– Good at working using own initiative
– Flexible with working hours due to the requirements of our customers.
– Flexible with travel and staying away if needed
