Role Overview
Join a Leading Cleanroom and Clean Air Device Qualification Company in the North West

We are working with a trusted provider in cleanroom and clean air device qualification, who is expanding rapidly due to substantial new contracts within the Pharma industry. They are seeking a dedicated Validation/Service Engineer to join the dynamic team.

The Ideal Candidate:
Do you have 3-4 years of experience in the Pharma/Critical Ventilation industry? If so, you might be the perfect fit for our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in the following areas, specifically within Pharma cleanroom facilities and ideally Operating Theatres:
Role Requirements
· Validation, verification, and testing of cleanroom ventilation systems, following relevant standards such as ISO14644:3, ISO14644:1, and EU GMP ANNEX 1.
· Conducting DOP testing on Hepa filters.
· Recording room lighting and sound levels.
· Performing airflow and pressure measurements testing.
· Executing smoke visualization studies.
· Testing room recovery rates.
· Conducting area non-viable particle counts.
· Performing AHU audits.
· Rebalancing airflows.
· Writing comprehensive reports and delivering them to clients, along with providing remedial advice.
· Training junior engineers and developing the skills of less senior team members.
· Enforcing health and safety protocols.
· Testing LEVs, MSCs, Fume Cupboards, Isolators, and Laminar Flow Cabinets.
Person Specifications
· Previous field service engineering experience working within controlled environments.
· Knowledge of ISO14644:3, ISO14644:1, and EU GMP ANNEX 1 standards, as well as hospital legislation.
· Strong understanding of ventilation, ductwork, and air systems, and their market.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong relationship-building abilities.
· Experience working at a consultancy level, with the ability to advise, build, and maintain business relationships.
· Effective time management skills.
· A full UK driving license.

As this role may involve working on elevated risk sites, the successful applicant will need to undergo an enhanced DBS check and have a clean criminal record. In return, they offer:
