Field Service Engineer
Role Overview
As a Field Service Engineer for out client, you will be servicing, maintaining, repairing and troubleshooting radiology equipment from a range of vendors across the New England area.

Role Requirements
Execute troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair tasks for radiology imaging systems and associated peripherals.
Ensure continuous communication with key internal departments to guarantee swift issue resolution, effective follow-up, and customer contentment.
Organize and perform on-site service visits and preventative maintenance appointments.
Offer both remote and on-site technical assistance to clients and team members.
Accurately and punctually document Field Service Reports, Preventive Maintenance Checklists, and Expense Reports.
Engage in training programs, company gatherings, and contribute to production/refurbishment initiatives at the headquarters when required.
Person Specifications
CR/DR Field Service Experience
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Military background preferred (Acknowledgement of electronic fundamentals)
Clean Drivers license
