Field Service Engineer
Role Overview
You will service and certify clean air facilities and equipment in laboratories across the South of England.

Their Service Engineer’s outstanding expertise in contamination control and profound understanding of the requirements of industry bodies like the FDA and MHRA enable them to consistently deliver quality solutions to laboratories that require clean air and decontamination servicing.
Role Requirements
Carry out test & certification activities on clean air contamination-controlled facilities & equipment at customer sites.
Validate cleanrooms (Air volumes, Differential pressures, Gauge verification, HEPA filter testing, Airborne particulate counts).
Re-Qualify Clean Air Devices (Microbiological safety cabinets, Isolators, Uni-directional flow cabinets, Fume cabinets).
Undertake environmental monitoring (Settle plates, contact plates, Active air sampling).
Have excellent customer service & relationship building skills.
Provide guidance, coaching and training to other employees within the job area.
Person Specifications
Experience in monitoring of clean rooms & laboratories is preferable.
A decontamination/wider medical or scientific background will also be considered.
Willing to work 2 weekends a month.
Willing to travel throughout the South of England on a regular basis.
Willing to stay away from home when required (approximately 10-15 nights a month).
Full UK driving licence & valid passport.
