We are currently seeking an X-Ray/Ultrasound Field Service Engineer to manage the growing install base of SAMSUNG imaging systems. Our Field Service Engineers are responsible for driving customer satisfaction through service excellence. The position is based in Miami, Fl.

Role Requirements

On-site troubleshooting and resolving of complex technical problems on Diagnostic X-Ray and Ultrasound equipment in a medical environment. Issues will involve assessments of both hardware and software malfunctions.
Perform installation of new equipment and certify proper performance prior to placing the equipment into service.
Schedule and conduct planned maintenance; perform equipment repairs; manage parts cycle times.
Attend and successfully complete all required training and certification exams to ensure a high level of product knowledge.
Ensure escalation situations are addressed and managed in an expedient and professional manner.
Manage time effectively, prioritizing and making solid business decisions in relationship to efficiencies and effectiveness. Meet daily service expectations.
Demonstrate the ability to exercise independent judgement in times of need and emergency situations.

Person Specifications

Experience DR Imaging, Ultrasound
DICOM experience PREFERRED
Ideal candidate will be in Hialeah or surrounding areas.
Have a strong willingness to travel.
Minimum Associates degree in Electronics, Telecommunications or Computer Networking, or other related discipline.
