We are currently recruiting for a Field Service Engineer looking for their next step in their professional development to join a leading OEM within the clinical diagnostics space. Our client is passionate about transforming patients’ lives – and focus on developing innovative medicines and diagnostic tests that help patients live longer, better lives.
Role Requirements
– As part of the UK Engineering Support team, you will report to the South West Regional Technical Regional Manager and be involved in providing first-class customer service covering trouble-shooting to component level, technical upgrades/maintenance, installation and customer training. Our customers include the NHS, Universities and private pathology laboratories and you will work on specified products, ranging from large to medium sized biomedical test equipment.
– The vacancy is based from the South East, ideally in the Home Counties or the surrounding areas for great coverage of key accounts.
Person Specifications
To be considered for this role, you should have an engineering or electrical qualification and be able to confidently represent the company at client sites. You should have good previous field service experience with high-value capital equipment and be able to build productive customer relationships in a complex environment. You may be required to travel throughout the UK on occasion.

– Full OEM training
– Annual Bonus: 12% on target
