Field Service Engineer covering Baton Rogue, LA
Company Information
As a company, they believe in quality customer relations and excellent service after the sale. Their main office is located in central Mississippi with branches in Birmingham AL and Memphis TN. Covering all of MS, AL, AR, LA, West TN, and the panhandle of Florida with courteous, well trained personnel. There are also registered x-ray technologists on staff to assist with applications training of the equipment they sell.
Role Requirements
Provide on-site maintenance and troubleshooting for X-Ray, MR, CT, and other imaging equipment.
Perform installations, upgrades, and preventive maintenance on imaging systems.
Respond to service calls, ensuring customer satisfaction with timely and efficient resolutions.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams.
Participate in OEM and third-party training programs.
Person Specifications
Experience with X-Ray systems; experience with MR, CT, and other imaging is a plus.
Comfortable with travel within a 2-3 hour radius and occasional overnight stays.
Ability to work independently, manage service calls, and maintain high customer satisfaction
Package
$65,000 – $115,000 (Dependant on modality experience)
Company Bonus
OT – Paid 1 ½
$600 a month Car Allowance
Provide credit card for any company/travel related expenses
