MRI/CT specialized Field Service Engineering opportunity

Role Requirements
Identify, Troubleshoot and Repair customer equipment in a cost-effective manner
Maintain an excellent level of customer satisfaction on sites that are assigned to you
Service Reports and Expense Reports are to be completed per company protocols.
Provide Tech Support to other engineers as needed
Assist in Special Projects where needed
Assist and Maintain ISO Process
Other duties as assigned
Participate in scheduled MRI and CT cross training.
Provide onsite service for all imaging modalities in the designated Region. The equipment will mostly consist for MRI and CT.
Person Specifications
Troubleshooting and repair experience in MRI and CT
Imaging Field Service repair experience
Degree in biomedical, electrical/electronics, or computer engineering technology; military training; or equivalent preferred
