Field Service Engineer
Role Overview
Covering the North-East of England conducting services, repairs and installations on high-end medical diagnostic instruments.

Role Requirements
Day-to-Day:
· Dynex DS2 & Stratec Germini will be the main starting instruments you will be working on.
· Overnight stays – because you are centrally based you’re looking at on average 1 night a week, might go a month without staying away. However Installations may see you staying away for a longer period of time.
·Monday – Friday work, No Weekends or Overtime
· Main sites are in Newcastle & Edinburgh.
Training:
· You will be trained on 3 main instruments to start
· 1 Month Induction
· 6 Months Shadowing another Engineer
Person Specifications
· Need to have basic knowledge in electronic engineering.
· Need to have customer facing skills.
· Need to be someone who is a committed individual.
· Need to be willing to potentially have to stay away from home 1 or 2 nights a week.
· ONC/HNC/HNC Qualifications are desirable.
· Experience working with diagnostic equipment is desirable.

Up to £48,000 dependent on Experience
Hybrid Vehicle + Fuel Card

·Pension – Employee Contribution: 5%, Employer Contribution: 4%
·25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays – after 5 years 1 days for ever year to a maximum of 30 days.
