Field Service Engineer
Role Overview
Provide service delivery support for all customer on analytical laboratory instrumentation

Role Requirements
Perform routine/non routine PM/OQ and PQ
Perform equipment troubleshooting and breakdown repairs
Support other engineers when required
Provide technical support to customer queries
Provide a conduet for customers and the teach support team
Evaluate inccomming fault reports and initiate appropriate measures:
Support customers by remote troubleshooting
If necessary, request support from product specialists
Ensure prompt handling of customer complaints
Inform Head of Services in case of major deviations and for cases that can’t be handled with current resources
To insure optimum execution of duties
To insure consigned goods/ working founds and materials are handled with care
To follow and respect instructions and guidelines
Person Specifications
Acts autonomous in the frame of Guidelines and directives
A proven track record of cGxP
Minimum of 2 years Pharmaceutical Analytical Laboratory experience working with dissolution and physical testing equipment.
Troubleshooting ability
Chromotography experience
