Field Service Engineer covering East Oregon, working across multiple imaging modalities

They provide service across several states in the Pacific Northwest.
Role Requirements
Perform emergency repairs on customer equipment as needed.
Receive dispatch directions.
Interface with customer to ascertain equipment malfunction.
Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions at the lowest possible subassembly/component level.
Perform installation of diagnostic medical equipment.
Interface with customer and all construction trades.
Read and understand OEM service documentation, mechanical drawings, and blueprints.
Mechanically assemble equipment following OEM instructions.
Perform complete equipment calibrations.
Perform PM inspections and/or repairs on customer-owned equipment.
Schedule assigned systems for preventative maintenance inspections.
Perform inspections and complete all required documentation.
Complete preventative maintenance repairs within the allowable timeline.
Perform field modifications to customer equipment as directed.
Schedule equipment as required for completion of FMI’s.
Complete required documentation within the allowable timeline.
Complete administrative paperwork accurately and timely.
Expense reports
Timecards
Installation packages
All other as assigned
Person Specifications
Medical Imaging Experience preferred
Electrical Engineering background
Willingness to travel and maintain a flexible work schedule
Willingness to attend specialized product training courses as required
