Role Requirements
Installation for all equipment.
Servicing & Maintenance of all equipment.
Providing excellent quality support for all customers when required.
Administrative duties to be completed via the CRM system.
Work closely with colleagues to provide customer feedback and insights.
Person Specifications
Qualified HNC/HND is preferred
Experience working in a Field Service Engineer role, with a good electro-mechanical background
Software and Hardware experience is preferred
Full Driving License
Willing to stay away from home occasionally
Package
Base salary dependent on experience
Commission approximately £12k annually, paid quarterly (eligible after probation period)
Bupa Pension scheme after 12 months
Lunch allowance – £100 per month
20 days’ annual leave, increasing annually by 1 day to a maximum of 25 days
