We have an extremely exciting opportunity to join an ambitious and growing market leader within ENT, Gynaecology, Dental & the Forensic sectors. They have doubled turnover since 2016 and are forcasted to continue this exponential growth over the next few years, hence the need for a new field service engieer to join the team in Scotland!

Role Requirements

Installation for all equipment.
Servicing & Maintenance of all equipment.
Providing excellent quality support for all customers when required.
Administrative duties to be completed via the CRM system.
Work closely with colleagues to provide customer feedback and insights.

Person Specifications

Qualified HNC/HND is preferred
Experience working in a Field Service Engineer role, with a good electro-mechanical background
Software and Hardware experience is preferred
Full Driving License
Willing to stay away from home occasionally

Package

Base salary dependent on experience
Commission approximately £12k annually, paid quarterly (eligible after probation period)
Bupa Pension scheme after 12 months
Lunch allowance – £100 per month
20 days’ annual leave, increasing annually by 1 day to a maximum of 25 days

No on call
Paid overtime
