Region: Central (Midlands)
Customers: Hospitals and outpatient departments

The vacancy is suitable for a Field Service Engineer who is ideally minimum Level 3 or HNC/HND qualified and has experience in an electro-mechanical role, ideally with experience installing and configuring software. Training is provided in all of these areas though as attitude and enthusiasm is key!

Role Requirements

Installation for all equipment.
Servicing & Maintenance of all equipment.
Providing excellent quality support for all customers when required.
Administrative duties to be completed via the CRM system.
Work closely with colleagues to provide customer feedback and insights.

Person Specifications

Qualified to HND/HNC is preferred
Experience working in a Field Service Engineer role, with a good electro-mechanical background
Software and Hardware experience is preferred
Full Driving License
Willing to stay away from home occasionally
