We have an exciting opportunity with a Medical Imaging OEM that are looking for an ambitious & driven Field Service Engineer seeking a new challenge with an interesting portfolio including: MRI’s, X-Rays, Ultrasounds and Cath Labs across the UK.

Role Requirements

· Regional based travel for 80% of the role and then the rest will be when they must do installations and support in other regions
· Overnight stays are touch and go, could be away for 2 weeks on a big install but then might go 3 months without staying away. We need someone who is flexible, but on the flip side they will give you the flexibility to.
· 50% maintenance 20% call outs and 20% installations
· Main bulk of work is MRI, but they also do ultrasound, x ray, Injectors and Cath Labs
· Training starts mid-April – full OEM training

Person Specifications

· Needs to be good with customer facing and puts the customers’ needs first
· Ideally someone with Level 3 electrical or above
· Need someone who is flexible and happy to put in the work and be ambitious, self-starter, driven.
· Someone seeking continuous improvement and wanting to support the business.
· Good planning, organisation and prioritisation skills
· Good excel skills and data analysis
· Experienced user in SAP & Salesforce an advantage
· Good communication abilities

Package

· Salary dependant on experience
· £1764 miscellaneous for over the year allowance extra parts etc..
· 10% Annual bonus 50% company performance rest is KPI targets
· Van (for personal use too!)
· £500 gym allowance
· 9% non-contributory pension
· 25 Days Holiday + BH
