Role Overview
You will ensure that the scientific instruments are accurate and reliable through various types of testing and validation procedures and provide frontline breakdown support and repair services to the companys customers across the UK.

Our client are an expanding scientific instrument sales and service OEM that are passionate about innovating monitoring and diagnostics tools, providing tablet testing systems to pharmaceutical laboratories across the UK. Our client deliver outstanding customer experience, achieving this goal by sharing key advice and expertise, ensuring that they can rely on this company’s comprehensive technical support.
Role Requirements
You will provide an effective breakdown response service involving attending client sites for instrument Troubleshooting and Repair.
You will perform maintenance on calibration equipment and will engage with customers to provide high level support
You will assist in validation, qualification and installation of new equipment.
You will assist in the preparation and execution of engaging and informative company run training courses both in house and at client sites.
Person Specifications
A-Level in a Chemistry or a Scientifically related field.
Experience of working in a GXP or compliant analytical laboratory environment
Need to be commutable from office in Hungerford, Berkshire.
You will need to commit to 2 overnight stays per week, working from the office on a Friday.
