Field Service Engineer
Role Overview
You will install, maintain, and repair their IVD instruments for hospitals and laboratories across the South East of England.

Role Requirements
Install, maintain, and repair their IVD instruments, while supporting customer education.
Maintain clear and constant communication with the wider team.
Manage a preventative maintenance programme in accordance with the needs of each customer and company policies.
Complete accurate and detailed ‘Incident Reports’ following each completed visit.
Participate with a weekend ‘on call’ rota for urgent telephone support.
Operate a service help desk from either the office or their home location.
Person Specifications
Bachelors level degree or equivalent in Engineering, Technical or a related scientific field.
3+ Years’ experience in Engineering, Technical or a related scientific field.
Prior experience with IVD instrumentation is advantageous.
Valid UK driving license.
Willing to travel and be flexible with work hours (95% field based with 5% office based).
