Role Overview

You will travel across the South East, installing, maintaining and servicing X-Ray and DR equipment products to hospitals and clinics within a 4-hour radius of Charlotte, NC.

This company a premier healthcare solutions provider specializing in the sales and service of diagnostic medical imaging equipment. They are on a positive growth trajectory and have now expanded their product line to include MRI, CT, Ultrasound, Digital X-Ray, and Advanced Fluoroscopic systems.

Role Requirements

You will spend 50% of your time installations of X-Ray rooms, and 50% on PM’s & Regular maintenance.
You will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction for billed, warranty, and contract service.
You will complete any required paperwork, including any regulatory, quality and satisfactory reports including FDA 2579 and CMS QC.
You will be responsible for assigning shipping priority and delivery destination for repair parts.
You are responsible for complying with all OSHA and DHEC Radiation Safety regulations.

Person Specifications

Basic Medical X-ray experience
3-5 years Field Service experience
PACS/Software knowledge needed
3-5 years’ experience on DR X-ray
