Role Overview
You will provide on-site corrective/preventative maintenance and offer after-sales technical and commercial support across a range of systems in hospitals and laboratories in Swindon.

Role Requirements
To always present a professional image to customers whether by telephone, in writing or in person.
To develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers.
Timely completion and submission of risk assessments work reports, activity reports, site tasks and all other documentation as required.
Person Specifications
A formal engineering qualification
A full UK driving license is required
Experience of having worked as a Service Engineer (site or field-based)
Able to handle challenging conversations with customers and find a resolution
