Role Overview
You will be servicing, repairing, and maintaining ultrasound and Xray equipment for public and private hospitals, covering main sites in Ipswich, Norwich, Cambridge.

Role Requirements
Servicing, repairing, and maintaining ultrasound and Xray equipment in compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
Providing timely, customer-focused field services including diagnosis and repairs of failures, preventative maintenance, and the installation of new systems.
Offering remote and on-site technical support, troubleshooting and training to users.
Person Specifications
Proven experience (preferably 3+ years) as a Field Service Engineer
Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel to client locations
Strong proficiency in ultrasound and Xray hardware and software systems
You are customer-centric: ensuring customer satisfaction and building enduring professional relationships
Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field is desired
