Role Overview
Looking for a Field Service Engineer to join the growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled technician to work across multiple sectors, including medical, dental, and veterinary X-ray and ultrasound equipment. The ideal candidate will be based in or around Princeton, New Jersey, but will cover the New England territory (from Virginia to Boston). The role involves minimal overnight stays-approximately 1-3 nights per month.

They specialize in diagnostic imaging equipment, X-Ray Systems, DR panels, and expert repairs on medical imaging equipment. Providing innovative solutions, top-notch service, and cost-effective options, ensuring healthcare facilities or veterinary clinics operates at its best. This role is to support the growth of the company, covering New England servicing Radiology Equipment.
Role Requirements
Service and Repairs: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair X-ray and ultrasound equipment.
Preventative Maintenance: Conduct routine PM services to ensure equipment reliability and longevity.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional support, ensuring client satisfaction and responding to service inquiries in a timely manner.
On-Call Support: Handle online support and manage service requests by ordering parts and scheduling onsite fixes.
Travel: Travel across the New England region to service medical, dental, and veterinary equipment
Person Specifications
Experience with radiology equipment is preferred
Strong Electronic background
Flexibility to travel
