Role Overview

An excellent opportunity to join a specialist manufacturer of capital medical equipment, specifically infusion pumps. This long-established company have an excellent reputation as a market leader within this sector and offer a supportive and inclusive working environment within their UK team.

This role will involve servicing and repair of infusion pumps at the workshop in Essex and also travelling within the UK to customer sites.

Role Requirements

– Undertake the repair of infusion devices up to 2-3 days per week in the workshop
– Service and repair of infusion devices at key UK hospitals, ensuring excellent relationships with customers
– Work with the sales team to ensure excellent customer service and support
– Support sales activities such as tender presentations, trials and implementations
– Manage technical issues as they arise, ensuring appropriate, and deliverable, strategies are developed and actively communicated
– Promote a positive and professional company image to customers at all times

Person Specifications

– Minimum HNC or equivalent professional qualification in Engineering is preferred
– Excellent communication skills and a high level of technical competence and credibility
– Experience of IV therapy and associated devices, or experience working with capital medical equipment in hospitals
– An in depth knowledge of quality process’ and regulatory requirements
– An accurate and detailed approach to record keeping
