Role Overview

You will install, service, and maintain Medical and Laboratory equipment for Hospital Laboratories and Clinical environments across Cambridge and the surrounding area, with wider travel expected on occasion.

Role Requirements

Install and configure Medical and Laboratory equipment at customer sites according to specifications and regulatory requirements.
Perform routine maintenance tasks and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
Conduct repairs as necessary, either on-site or remotely.
Provide technical support to customers, including responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and offering guidance on equipment operation and maintenance.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Person Specifications

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the biomedical, medical device or laboratory equipment industry.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and troubleshooting skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites for installations, maintenance, and support activities.
