Field Service Engineer

MRI GE Field Service Engineer: A professional responsible for maintaining customer relations through the effective use of technical knowledge to install, troubleshoot, and service equipment at customer sites, generate service revenue, and adhere to state and federal regulatory requirements.

Originally founded in 1956, Our client continues to successfully expand in services and products that they provide. They pride themselves in their retention, having a strong number of long-standing engineers at the company. Our client is seeking an MRI field service engineer based in the Birmingham, Alabama metro area. The engineer will carry out troubleshooting, PM’s, repairs, installs but must also provide excellent customer service. MIS are looking for a strong foundational electronic skill and eagerness to specialise.

MRI Field Service Experience.
Experience working with GE Excite software and above (450W) preferred.
Other OEM training is a benefit.
Troubleshooting with strong electronics skills required.
Strong customer service and communication skills required.
Must be self-motivated and able to physically bend, climb, kneel, reach, sit, squat, stand, and walk.
Ability to commute to surrounding states .

$65,000 – $130,000 (Relevant to experience)
