After another brilliant growth year, our client is looking to expand their skilled Sterile Services team with a London/Home Counties based SSD Engineer/ Service Engineer SSD to support us in servicing both new and existing contracts.

Role Requirements
The SSD Engineer/ Service Engineer SSD role will involve Installations, Commissiong and planned and reactive maintenance of Steelco equipment/Sterilisers in Sterile Services departments in London, Greater London and the South East.
The Service Engineer SSD/ Service Engineer SSD will also be responsible for delivering technical support, managing service requests, and troubleshooting to ensure to smooth-running of equipment at our customer sites.
Person Specifications
– Familiarity with Sterilisers and Washer Disinfectors is highly advantageous, as is a working knowledge of working within a healthcare decontamination environment.
We are particularly interested in applicants with the following:
– Experience diagnosing and resolving technical problems on complex electro-mechanical equipment
– Relevant industry qualifications STM2 & 3, WTM1
– Experience with maintaining and servicing within a regulated industry environment
– Excellent communication skills
– A team player with proactive and flexible approach to their work
– Ability to multitask effectively and prioritise work based on customer needs
– Strong analytical skills, with an eye for detail
– Experience in the medical device industry is a plus
Package
£38,000 – £45,000 dependent on experience
Company car or car allowance. (£600 a month) + fuel card for personal – Volvo & Skoda
£500 float for expenses up front.
28 days annual leave + bank holidays
