Field Service Engineer

Service, install, and maintain medical imaging systems (X-ray/CT) across healthcare sites, with a focus on delivering customer satisfaction.

Zenopa have partnered with a U.S.-based medical imaging equipment distributor and service provider, delivering comprehensive solutions across the southwestern United States. With over 40 years of experience, they offer a wide range of diagnostic imaging equipment, including digital X-ray systems, CT, MRI, and PACS solutions, catering to hospitals, imaging centers, and urgent care facilities. Their expert team ensures high-quality, reliable technologies, allowing healthcare providers to focus on their core work with confidence.

Minimum 2 years field service experience in X-ray and/or CT
Strong technical and problem-solving skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Organised and self-motivated with the ability to multitask
Proficiency with DOS and Windows operating systems

$80,000 – $110,000 base salary
Overtime at 1.5x hourly rate
Company car (Chevrolet Traverse) with personal use and fuel card
