Role Overview
You will service, install, and maintain X-ray and CT imaging systems across the Birmingham, Alabama region, ensuring high uptime and customer satisfaction.

Zenopa have partnered with a specialist provider of diagnostic imaging equipment and services across the southeastern United States. With a network of trained engineers and registered X-ray technologists, our client supports hospitals and clinics with high-quality maintenance, installation, and applications training across modalities including X-ray, CT, and more.
Role Requirements
Provide on-site maintenance and troubleshooting for imaging systems
Perform equipment installations, upgrades, and preventative maintenance
Respond to service calls quickly and professionally
Manage service records and communicate updates to customers and internal teams
Participate in OEM and third-party training to expand technical capabilities
Person Specifications
Experience working with X-ray systems in a service or technical support role
Ability to travel within a 2–3 hour radius, with occasional overnight stays
Strong problem-solving skills and customer service focus
Ability to work independently and manage service workload effectively
Package
$65,000 – $115,000 depending on modality experience
Monthly car allowance of $600
Overtime paid at 1.5x
Company bonus scheme
