Field Service Engineer covering Baton Rouge, LA, responsible for installation, maintenance, and support of imaging systems including X-ray, MR, and CT.

With a network of trained engineers and registered X-ray technologists, our client supports hospitals and clinics with high-quality maintenance, installation, and applications training across modalities including X-ray, CT, and more.
Role Requirements
Provide on-site maintenance and troubleshooting for X-ray, MR, CT, and other imaging equipment
Carry out installations, upgrades, and preventive maintenance
Respond to service calls and ensure timely, effective resolutions
Maintain excellent customer communication and satisfaction
Participate in OEM and third-party training programs
Person Specifications
Experience working with X-ray systems
Familiarity with MR, CT, and other imaging modalities is beneficial
Willingness to travel within a 2–3 hour radius, with some overnight stays
Self-motivated and capable of working independently
Strong organisational and customer service skills
Package
$65,000 – $115,000 depending on modality experience
Company bonus scheme
Overtime paid at 1.5x
$600/month car allowance
