Field Service Engineer

You will provide on-site service for imaging equipment, primarily MRI and CT, by identifying, troubleshooting, and repairing issues while ensuring high customer satisfaction. Your role also includes completing reports, offering technical support, participating in cross-training, assisting with special projects, and maintaining ISO processes.

Zenopa have partnered with a medical imaging sales and service organization offering both new and remanufactured equipment. The company provides a comprehensive range of imaging systems, including MRI, CT, X-ray, ultrasound, and surgical C-arms, serving healthcare facilities across the south United States. Their team of engineers specializes in various medical imaging hardware and software solutions, ensuring timely and practical support for clients nationwide.

Troubleshooting and repair experience in MRI and CT.
Imaging Field Service repair experience.
Degree in biomedical, electrical/electronics, or computer engineering technology; military training.

A Discretionary Bonus plan of up to $5,000.00 annually.
(10) paid days off per year in addition to the approved (9) Holidays.
$500/month Auto Allowance.
All Travel Expenses will be reimbursed.
