Field Service Engineer
Role Overview
You will install, maintain, and repair medical imaging equipment, performing preventative maintenance and upgrades while minimizing downtime, training customers, and managing service activity across your territory.

Role Requirements
Install, maintain, and repair medical imaging equipment.
Perform preventative maintenance and system upgrades
Troubleshoot issues quickly to minimize downtime.
Build strong customer relationships and provide on-site training.
Manage service documentation, parts inventory, and territory planning.
Person Specifications
Field service experience (medical imaging preferred).
Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills.
Comfortable working independently in customer environments.
Excellent communication skills.
Willing to work flexible hours and be on call.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Experience is a field service position.
Experience with imaging, x-ray, or digital systems a plus.
