Role Requirements

– Provide field based support for the diagnosis and subsequent repair of instrumentation and software.
– Provide routine preventative maintenance and installation for instrumentation and software supplied.
– Work closely with the wider commercial team to ensure excellent customer service and support.

Person Specifications

Suitable for:
Field Service Engineer (pathology/biomedical/scientific/laboratory/healthcare equipment) OR
Ex-Military Engineer who has moved into field service (any sector)

Knowledge and experience in troubleshooting and repair of electromechanical systems is essential – whether this is gained from an engineer role or position within a laboratory.
You must have the ability to work independently with minimal direction, and to collaborate with colleagues in other disciplines, with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Demonstrated skills in problem solving.
