Field Service Team Leader
Role Overview
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a market leader providing a range of equipment for the pharmaceutical, medical device, biopharmaceutical and dietary supplement industries.
They are looking for a Field Service Team Leader to join their engineering team to guide and grow the service department.
Role Requirements
· Looking after a team of 16 including 3 team leaders
· Split management and hands on role based from Home/Office and in the field across the UK & occasionally Nordics
· Scheduling and coordinating of FSE onsite work covering routine work, installations, and repairs.
· Scheduling and coordinating of FSE and customer inhouse and onsite training.
· Inhouse and onsite support to customers.
· Inhouse and onsite support to engineers.
· Dealing with customer and FSE escalations
· Reviewing customer contracts requests with Sales/Admin.
· Completing, facilitating and coordinating customer supplier questionnaires and quality assessments.
Person Specifications
· Management / team leader experience ideally within the scientific industry
· Experience scheduling and coordinating daily tasks
· Customer focused
· Friendly and approachable
· Full driving license
· Willingness to travel
