Role Overview
You will sell install haematology products and provide training and support for customers in laboratories across the UK and Ireland.

They continuously modify their business to satisfy customer demands, push the limits of diagnostic science to create new systems, and offer the best possible service and support.
Role Requirements
Provide customer training and support when installing new equipment at customer sites.
Respond to troubleshooting queries as a follow-on to telephone support.
Support technical investigations that require Application Specialist knowledge.
Verify newly installed equipment and provide a report in line with laboratory standards.
Carry out software upgrades including instrumentation developments and application updates.
Willing to travel to customer sites 3-4 times a week with 1-2 days working from home.
Person Specifications
Bsc (hons) degree in Biomedical Science or a related field.
5+ Years’ experience in a laboratory environment, ideally with LIMS systems.
2+ Years’ experience in a commercial environment is ideal.
Experience in Haematology and ideally also Flow Cytometry.
Technical and logical problem-solving skills.
Ability to comprehend scientific and technical documents.
A full driving licence.
