Role Overview

To deliver the iTeam service to our iTeam membership base of Dental practices. To provide generalist HR advice, training and support on a range of employee issues. To assist with research and updates for the iTeam HR content. To attend events, HR workshops and webinars.

We have an interesting, incredibly varied opportunity for a HR Advisor to join the iTeam, providing a range of generalist HR advice and support to our Dental members.

Role Requirements

· Providing generalist HR advice to our iTeam membership base
· Building rapport and professional relationships with the Dental members
· Maintaining an expert knowledge of generalist employment law
· Gaining a technical understanding of the complexities of self-employed dental associates and contract agreements
· Providing concise, clear, advice on employee issues (over the phone and via email)
· Preparing HR documentation as required
· Gaining a good understanding of the iTeam HR software
· Keeping the iTeam HR documents/policies/guides/handbooks and templates up to date
· Researching and developing new iTeam content
· Supplying HR updates for company publications and social media, marketing promotions
· Attending company seminars, trade shows, internal events, workshops, webinars, to present and train delegates on a range of employment issues
· Providing training to the wider team when required
· Ensuring members records are thorough and kept up to date on Salesforce
· Supporting the Customer Success team with enquiries, renewals, additional iTeam sales
· Upselling/cross selling the iTeam and Dental products
· Identifying and sharing initiatives to support the growth of the iTeam product and service
