Inside Sales Manager
Role Overview
You will manage and convert inbound leads, drive outbound prospecting campaigns, and support the sales team to progress opportunities through the pipeline. Performance will be measured by lead conversion rates and sales growth.

Role Requirements
To nuture existing early stage leads and contacts to move forward in sales cycle.
To carry out global prospecting campaigns
To work closely with the Director of Sales, Director of Marketing and the Business Development team
Responsible for exhibiting professional behavior with both internal and external business associates that reflects positively on the company
Person Specifications
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales role
Degree in life sciences or a related subject
Ability to work remotely and manage workload independently
Strong IT skills, including experience with CRM systems
High attention to detail and accuracy in daily tasks
