Role Overview
Represent the companies Structural Biology business divisions (Molecular Dimensions, BioServUK, Kalon, Anatrace, NeXtal, and Protein Ark) in an Inside Sales role. Working with the sales team to increase revenue for said business units.
Location = Office based in Sheffield

Role Requirements
– Act as first responder by handling all email and telephone enquiries.
– Creating quotations from enquires and field sales team.
– Using resources to identify potential customers.
– Tracking all sales activities in company CRM system and updating current account information regularly.
– Developing and maintaining strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers.
– Processing customer credit card payments.
– Responding to live chats and managing product sample requests.
– Report weekly to line manager.
– Monitor competitor activity.
– Submit bids for tenders on behalf of organisation.
Person Specifications
– Minimum of a BSc in Life Science related discipline
– Excellent communication Skills
