We specialize in cutting-edge microscopy, imaging devices, and Test & Measurement (NDT) solutions. We’re looking for a dynamic individual to take ownership of the entire sales process, from identifying new business opportunities to cultivating long-term customer relationships.
Role Requirements
– End-to-End Sales Ownership: Manage the full sales cycle for assigned customers—from initial outreach to order completion.
– Customer Portfolio Growth: Proactively seek opportunities to cross-sell, up-sell, and expand your existing customer base with new products.
– Targeted Market Expansion: Research and explore new markets, customer segments, and geographic niches to drive business growth.
– Technical Service Sales: Promote technical service offerings for the existing installed base of devices.
– Campaign Support: Work closely with the Marketing team to plan and execute sales campaigns targeted at your assigned customer segments.
– Lead Qualification: Prequalify inbound leads and assess customer potential, ensuring proper segmentation and efficient conversion.
– Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, using CRM tools to track progress and meet monthly/annual sales targets.
– Continuous Learning: Participate in training sessions focused on product knowledge, sales skills, and digital selling strategies.
Person Specifications
– Education: University degree (preferably in a relevant field).
– Sales Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in industrial or life sciences sales, with a proven track record in field or inside sales.
– Product Knowledge: Experience or a strong interest in microscopy, imaging devices, or related Test & Measurement (NDT) technologies is a plus.
– Sales Skills: Expertise in lead qualification, customer acquisition, and sales pitch development.
– Digital Proficiency: Experience using digital sales channels, CRM systems, and managing leads in collaboration with marketing departments.
– Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers at all levels.
– Language Skills: Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
– Customer-Centric: Outgoing, engaging personality with a passion for helping customers achieve their goals.
Package
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
