Role Requirements
Strategic & Leadership Tasks:
Lead sales and strategy for selected international clients.
Work closely with local teams to align with company goals
Act as a role model and inspire teamwork across departments.
Account Management:
Lead business performance for assigned products and clients.
Negotiate with clients (like purchasing managers).
Ensure all teams follow a clear Key Account Plan.
Collaboration & Influence:
Support local teams in improving sales, profit margins, and market share.
Ensure smooth collaboration between teams (sales, finance, marketing, supply chain, etc.).
Market & Competitor Analysis:
Collect and share competitor and market information with relevant teams.
Budgeting:
Help with budget planning.
Make sure resources are spent wisely based on customer needs and business goals.
Person Specifications
Experience with Veterinary international Key Accounts – corporate groups
Vet industry background
Ability to travel – UK based
