The Inventory Manager is responsible for the management of all of the company’s inventory needs. Responsibilities include; forecast demand planning, process optimisation, liaison with Global Supply Chain and other departments, organisation of S&OP meetings. Managament of a Supply Chain Analyst

Role Requirements
Day to day management of the Supply Chain Analyst
Manage inventory in line with demand, supplier lead times and safety stock levels set
Make recommendations for stock ordering in a timely fashion – both quantity and timeline
Organise & run the internal Sales &Operational Planning (S & OP) meeting monthly
Develop a close working relationship with Global Supply Chain at headquarters
Maintain accuracy of data between company inventory records and those of 3PL logistics provider
Act as key point of contact with Alloga in relation to all inventory related matters
Liaise with Quality on all relevant matters related to inventory
Person Specifications
Experience in Inventory and Supply Chain within a Pharmaceutical company.
Experience in implementation of new processes, controls and reporting structures
Self-starter and motivated to achieve
Familiarity with GDP/GMP
