This Junior Account Manager role is pretty exciting for someone to come in to the team and have the training and support to take on responsibility for a number of accounts. They need someone who’s got health experience (preferably Medical/ Pharma) and understands how to give excellent client service, someone who is excited by the thought of being part of a fast-paced and fast-growing agency and someone who is ambitious and organised enough to see that growth realised. They have ambitious growth plans so it’s a fantastic time to be joining the business and they have a number of incentives for the team to be working towards including a performance based bonus scheme.

Zenopa are excited to be working with a specialist health marketing agency that exclusively partner with Medical Devices clients. They are looking for a Junior Account Manager to join their team. They mainly partner with small to medium medical companies without an established marketing function and cover everything downstream, strategy through to delivery.
Role Requirements
· Managing client projects from start to finish ensuring they are delivered in the most efficient manner, always maintaining their high standards.
· Managing estimates for new client projects, through collaboration with the internal team.
· Weekly reporting to clients and internal team.
· Ensuring all internal platforms are maintained.
· Ensuring you keep up to date with new advances in your clients’ therapeutic areas by liaising with team members and completing your own research.
· Providing support to other team members as necessary to ensure other client projects are delivered on time.
Person Specifications
For the role we are looking for someone with a minimum of 1 year of agency experience in healthcare. The successful candidate will be passionate about continuing learning alongside their role, enjoy problem solving and be a great team player! You will need great project management skills and a strong understanding of the medical device / pharmaceutical or life science industry.
