Junior Designer - Graduate Designer Jobs

Our client is an independent agency specialising in healthcare advertising and based in Central Windsor.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Junior Designer on a permanent basis.

They are passionate and put clients first, but not at detriment of family and personal life. The founders Claire and Lisa both have families and this is an important value for them. They have a flat structure and everyone’s opinions counts.

Last year they paid a summer and winter bonus to every single staff member and plan to do so again based on business coming in.

• Able to demonstrate great all-round design skills in your portfolio.
• Motivated with a proactive attitude and eager to learn.
• Organised and able to multi-task, with good time management skills.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
(Premiere Pro and After Effects a bonus).

£20,000 starting salary
