Role Overview
You will drive growth of their precision medicine diagnostics, establishing relationships with Pharmaceutical customers across the UK, Europe, and East Coast US.
Your performance will be measured on your ability to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.

Role Requirements
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with targeted key accounts, including pharmaceutical and biotech companies.
– Ensure successful implementation of precision medicine diagnostic and commercialization strategies.
– Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders in key accounts, understanding their goals, challenges, and needs.
– Identify growth opportunities within key accounts and develop strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
– Leverage data-driven insights to drive informed decisions and ensure the successful execution of account plans.
– Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in precision medicine.
Person Specifications
– 3+ years of sales experience in B2B sales within pharmaceuticals, biotech, life sciences consulting or data services.
– Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business administration, economics, statistics, computer science or a related field (MBA or higher degrees are preferred).
– Experience building and executing account plans is essential.
– Experience in Healthcare, medical devices or in vitro diagnostics is an advantage.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, skilled in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Saleforce would be an advantage.
