Role Overview
You will be creating, maintaining and executing strategic and tactical key account plans.
The right candidate will continually identify and take opportunities to develop new key accounts and contacts whilst maintaining existing and growing new business.

Our client is looking for a Key Account Manager in South-East UK to sell their full product portfolio into the NHS and private clinical laboratories, academic, research and biotechnology laboratories.
Role Requirements
Tailor product and service solutions to meet the customer needs.
To identify stakeholders across all business functions within all allocated key accounts
To manage appropriately all customer accounts by identifying both key accounts
To acquire and retain a thorough and up-to-date knowledge of the appropriate products and services
To achieve forecast sales and margin targets
Person Specifications
Sales experience to the scientific sector, particularly clinical, research and academic markets
Good understanding of Key Account Management concepts
Excellent interpersonal skills with experience of influencing many different types of stakeholders
Knowledge of the British Market in particular Managed Service Contracts and Third Party Procurement
