Lead Engineer
Role Overview
One of Zenopa’s key clients are looking to hire an experienced Field Service Engineer who is looking to step up into a Lead Engineer position.
This role will entail mostly office based work in Stoke-On-Trent with occasional field service work and the idea is that further down the line this Lead Engineer would step up into a Service Division Manager, where you would take on further managerial responsibilities and step further away from the hands on service work.

In terms of products, this company specialises in critical care products in the Biomedical space, including patient monitoring systems for temperature, infusion pumps, warming cabinets and more.
Role Requirements
The Lead Engineer will be responsible for mentoring and developing the junior engineers, prioritising tasks and workload, ensuring the team meets KPIs, ensuring customer satisfaction, commissioning new equipment, PPM and corrective maintenance when needed.
Person Specifications
What are we looking for?
Experienced Field Service Engineer in the Medical or Scientific industry
Someone looking for a step up into managing a service team
Good communication skills
Someone with strong electrical engineering skills
Preffered:
Qualification like a HND, HNC or BEng (not necessary)
Package
£37,000 – £45,000
25 Days AL + BH
Pension
Bonus (£400 per quarter)
Commission (selling service packages)
Car allowance (£250 per month for the commute really)
Company van (not personal use)
