Role Requirements
Take responsibility for the effective creation and implementation of the account’s commercial strategy in accordance with the business plan.
Establish meaningful connections and productive networks internally to guarantee the UK business strategy is implemented successfully.
Be an excellent instructor, developing abilities within in the team.
Establish relationships with important stakeholders, create the customer experience, and collaborate to design the service delivery strategy.
Prioritise excellence in the sales cycle, processes, tools, and our master opportunity/account data.
Person Specifications
Have a degree or equivalent with knowledge of and experience in Managed Service / Pathology and laboratory services.
Previous sales/ commercial experience is an advantage.
Proven experience in the healthcare industry or similar solution based industry is required.
Established in negotiating commercial contracts and driving innovative business delivery models in healthcare.
A track record of managing multiple 3rd party interactions to build a solution for the customer.
Full UK driving license and willing to travel within the territory and nationally on occasion.
