Role Overview

Zenopa’s client is looking for a Managing Director to oversee the performance, growth and direction of the company, managing the operations, alongside the financial objectives, enfocing a positive working enviornment and focusing on innovation.

Role Requirements

As Managing Director, your role will include many different responsibilities, focusing overall on strategic leadership, ensuring the senior team and company’s mission/goals are achieved. Other important aspects will include:
-Managing daily operations
-Monitoring sales objectives, identifying new opportunities and implimenting targets for your team
-Ensuring the financial performance aligns with the business targets through driving cost efficiency and revenue growth
-Stakeholder Engagement
-Foster a professional leadership strategy to manage and inspire your team

Person Specifications

Extensive OEM experience from technologies in the life science, diagnostics, medical or analytics markets
Bachelor’s/Master’s in a related field (science, engineering, business)
Strategic thinking and strong business acumen
People management, excellent communication and presentation skills
Track record of success in growing revenue, achieving sales taregts and driving business growth
