Marketing Content Creator
Role Overview
The Content Creator plays a key role in helping this leading medical devices business to further adopt Digital Marketing activities, while collaborating closely with the UK & Global Digital Marketing team.
You’ll have experience utilising a variety of platforms (omni-channel) and vectors, to strategically develop and assist in the marketing and communications capability of the UK business and measuring its effectiveness; the end goal being to increase and improve their customer engagement.

Role Requirements
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
• Organise and coordinate planned communications for all functions
• Assist with writing external communications – Brochures, Case Studies, flyers, UK-specific adverts, SoMe posts
• Assist in proof-reading, editing and writing where necessary articles and advertorials and advertisements for press or online publishing, and company-related editorials for congresses
• Liaise with publishers (press or online) and Business Managers, in order to facilitate strategic PR marketing
• Manage the marketing social media channels to include scheduling posts / updates, as designed, and monitoring feedback metrics
• Liaise with the Media Group representative in ensuring corporate identity compliance and HQ approval of all public corporate representation
• Liaise with the Healthcare Compliance representative in ensuring adherence to the ABHI Code of Business Practice of all corporate representation
• Assist the Business Management with company promotional events
• Coordinate with the Professional Education & Events team in ensuring media is appropriately planned and stocked, and provided in line with events, including delegate gifts / branded merchandise
• Coordinate email marketing campaigns with all interested, customer-facing departments
• Work with the Visual Content Producer with filming and production of internal videos for marketing purposes.
• Assist the Sales, Service and Marketing teams in campaign management and review; translating ideas into engaging and impactful omni-channel Marketing campaigns that you will execute and measure.
• Log, review and present quarterly (min) updates on activities to senior management.
Person Specifications
Qualifications and required experience:
Demonstrable good written English
Experience in PR and Marketing essential – medical or pharma related experience beneficial but not crucial
Experience of using Digital / Social Media for PR and Marketing purposes
Demonstrable communication skills with ability to communicate across all levels within the company

Technical skills
IT skills including the ability to use Microsoft Office Suite
PowerPoint, Outlook. Knowledge of MS PowerBI.
Conversant in the use of Web-based communication channels and social media channels, including but not limited to: Linkedin, Youtube, Twitter, Facebook.
Experience using email marketing and communication launch software (e.g. MailChimp, Pardot, Falcon, Hootsuite)
Package
Salary – ££ open to discussion within competitive salary bandings
Bonus – circa £5,000 p.a.
