Medical Sales Associate
Role Overview
Seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join the rapidly growing team. The Sales Associate will support the Medical Account Manager (MAM) in growing capital equipment sales and driving sales growth within a defined territory, which includes areas in Mississippi, Alabama (Mobile, Jackson, and Birmingham). Role Requirements
Support the Medical Account Manager in driving capital equipment sales, including MRI, CT, Ultrasound, Digital X-Ray, Advanced Fluoroscopic Systems, and Software solutions (PACS).
Analyze customer needs, highlight product features, and explain technical capabilities and limitations of the products.
Assist in negotiating prices and terms of sales agreements within company guidelines.
Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
Regularly visit clinical establishments to assess customer needs and propose the best product and service solutions.
Help maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, addressing their inquiries and assisting in product selection and pricing.
Engage in regular travel, including 1-3 overnight stays per week, to meet sales objectives.
Person Specifications
Willingness to travel and spend 1-3 nights per week away from home.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to build relationships and maintain customer satisfaction.
A self-starter with a proactive approach to sales.
Previous experience in medical or technical sales is an advantage but not required.
Package
$100K OTE (On-Target Earnings).
Base Salary: $50K.
Uncapped Bonus: $50K.
