National Business Manager
Role Overview
Responsible for sales, marketing, and commercial activities for the blood sciences business area within the geographic area. The business area will encompass haemostasis, autoimmunity, immunology product ranges. The successful candidate will work with the UK and Ireland General Manager to develop, achieve and maintain business growth and market share through the execution of sales and marketing activity execution for the specific business area and within designated geographical Area. Responsible for developing and executing short, medium, and long-term strategic plans and annual sales targets and on-going customer account management. Establish and maintain high level Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships and to be an ambassador for the Eurobio Scientific manufactured and distributed products.
This role is primarily remotely based, from a home office location. There will also be travel to customer sites as required, the UK office as well as other locations. The role is expected to achieve regional revenue targets and business objectives. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Role Requirements
Sales Activities:
oDrive the sale performance for the business area within the geographic area
oDeliver sales target in line with revenue and growth commitments
oDeliver periodic forecasts vs. budget expectations
oManagement of revenue as required in line with the national plan
oPlan and deliver customer demonstrations in line with the Applications and Service Manager
oManage complex sales activities with internal and external stakeholders.
Marketing Activities:
oDevelop marketing plan in conjunction with the General Manager
oWork with the marketing team on promotional materials performance
oAssist in the execution of local marketing activities with internal stakeholders
oShare materials and concepts with the Social Media Manager to promote products
Commercial Activities
oIdentify appropriate tenders and requests for quotations in the region
oManage tender bids, submissions, and negotiations in the region and utilise in ternal resources as required
oDeliver monthly forecasts vs. budget expectations and management of revenue as required in line with the national plan.
oAssist with regulatory affairs requirements (such as MHRA) requirements related to the business and related products.
Business activity:
oAttend distributor review meetings along with the General Manager Understands customers and company’s business and financial drivers to developing business solutions.
oVisit distributors offices as required for product launches and updates as required.
oIdentify potential partners to compliment range of solutions.
Requirements for the role
oBuild strong relationships with internal team members and external contacts based on trust and communication.
Develop, manage, and negotiate new and ongoing purchasing agreements with buying groups and KOL’s in their region.

“Experience in the blood sciences field, ideally in a commercial role
“Degree or higher in scientific or business-related field
“Excellent written and verbal communication skills
“Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite,
“Experience with CRM systems and financial systems such as Sage
“Holds current drivers’ licence
